Provides individual therapy to individuals across all stages of life struggling with anxiety, depression, bi-polar mood disorder, eating disorders, social phobia, addictions (substances, gambling, pornography), stress, disabilities, terminal illness, loss and death, divorce, affairs and finding the right partner, teenage problem behaviors, parenting skills, blended family issues, sexual difficulties, unwanted pregnancy, self harm/injury, lack of self-esteem

 Facilitates group therapeutic sessions for individuals in all age groups suffering with depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, divorce, parenting and relationship difficulties

03.

 Provides couples therapy for couples experiencing strain in both heterosexual and gay relationships.

Provides therapy to adolescents struggling with parental absence and relationship difficulties, depression, suicidal ideation, bereavement, abuse, sexuality-unwanted pregnancies, adjustment related issues, anxiety, low self-esteem

05.

Provides 

 family therapy for families in need, including extended family of all ages, facilitating the resolution of problems by focusing on individuals both individually and within their family system

06.

Provides parents with guidance, support and psycho-education with regards to parenting children at all stages of development.

07.

 Provides play therapy to children of all ages.

08.

Provides supervision of both intern and qualified social workers from all universities in Gauteng.

09.

Career guidance to individuals who are at a deadlock in their careers and require a deeper understanding and clarity with regards to their occupational path.

Assisting individuals and families in their journeys to emigrate.

11.

Case Management (Legal)

Psycho-social reports and assessments of legal clients having been in road accidents (RAF head injuries). Rachel offers case management of legal clients involving home visitations and assistance in the following; identifying an appropriate place of residence for client, facilitating friends and family to best handle and understand client systemically, facilitate client’s psychotherapeutic needs, review client’s progress in the various therapies, medical appointments, “work situation”, as well as liaise with, treating doctors and therapists with regards to client’s emotional, therapeutic, medical and financial needs; and finally make recommendations to trustee (lawyer) with regards to the best administration of client’s trust fund awarded by the RAF (Road Accident Fund).

Perform supervised contact of parent and child when legally appointed. 

12.

Provides  trauma debriefing for individuals having experienced traumas ranging from hi-jackings, burglaries, rape, abuse and muggings.
